I've had my COC Billiards carbon fiber cue for about a month now and I have NO complaints whatsoever! The shaft is the real deal... It doesn't make that annoying "ping" sound that comes with most inexpensive carbon shafts and the tip that's installed is honestly just as good as a Kamui medium. The quality of the graphics overlay is completely unexpected. The logo on the butt and the shaft line up perfectly when the cue is together. It's a small detail but you generally don't even find that with high end cues. It came with joint protectors and the bumper is actually made of two pieces; hard threaded bakelite with rubber for the bumper part so it will accept threaded extensions. (I don't see any that they sell, hopefully something they'll add in the future.) There's plenty of room for standard size threaded weight bolts depending on your preference but mine arrived perfect for me at 19.5 oz. with no weights in the butt. Their customer service is amazing, too. Facebook messages are replied to quickly and they're more than happy to answer questions. I'm a customer for life now, for sure. Do yourself a favor and buy a COC cue. Their prices are the best around especially considering the quality of their product. A real hidden gem!

Is the shipping free?
